This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your documents cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting anything important beforehand.

What will be deleted

How to delete your account

Option 1 — From within the App (recommended)

  1. Open the Passeport Maison app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. You will be asked to re-enter your password for security.

Your account will be immediately disabled and your data permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. Residual data in encrypted backups is purged on rolling cycles of up to 90 days.

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have access to the App, send an email from the email address linked to your account to:

privacy@eighty6.be

Use the subject line Account deletion request — Passeport Maison. We will verify your identity, process the deletion, and confirm by email within 30 days.

Before you delete — export your data

If you would like a copy of your documents and account data before deletion, you may request a data export by emailing privacy@eighty6.be. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR (right to portability).
