Where are my documents stored?

All files and account data are stored on European servers — more specifically in Frankfurt, Germany — through our infrastructure provider Supabase. Access to your documents is strictly isolated per user. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Is Passeport Maison free?

Yes — during the current closed beta phase (v0.5) the app is offered free of charge. A commercial model will be introduced before public release. We will inform existing users in advance of any change.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link at the email address linked to your account. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support@eighty6.be.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated documents at any time. See our Delete my account page for the procedure.

How do I export my documents?

You can request a full export of your data by emailing privacy@eighty6.be. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Send us an email at support@eighty6.be with a short description, the device you are using (model and OS version), and — if possible — a screenshot. We take every beta report seriously.

How can I join the beta?

The beta is currently closed and invitation-based. If you are interested in taking part, email support@eighty6.be and we'll let you know when new slots open up.
