You retain full ownership of any documents, files, or information you upload to the App. We do not claim any intellectual-property rights on your content. You grant us only the limited technical licence necessary to host, display, and process your content on your behalf as part of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in breach of these rules.
The App is provided "as-is" during the beta phase. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You are solely responsible for keeping independent backups of any document you consider critical. We strongly recommend that you do not rely on the App as your only copy of an important document.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the App available and operational, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eighty6 SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You may delete your account at any time, free of charge, through the procedure described on our Delete account page.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we decide to discontinue the service. In the case of permanent discontinuation, we will give reasonable prior notice and provide you with the opportunity to export your data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be notified through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of Hainaut (Charleroi division), Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules granting jurisdiction to the courts of your place of residence.
